The Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert
İngiliz rock grubu Queen'in vokalisti Freddie Mercury'nin 24 Kasım 1991 tarihindeki ölümü üzerine, grupta geriye kalan elemanlar Brian May, Roger Taylor ve John Deacon'un ortak kararıyla 20 Nisan 1992 tarihinde Londra'daki Wembley Stadyumu'nda düzenlenen konserdir. Konserin ilk bölümünde Metallica, Extreme, Def Leppard, Bob Geldof, Spinal Tap ve Guns'n'Roses gibi gruplar sahneye çıkmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise Queen'e (May, Taylor, Deacon) eşlik etmek üzere pek çok sanatçı ve grup sahne almış ve Queen'in hit olmuş parçalarını seslendirmişlerdir.
Konsere 72,000 seyirci katılmıştır ve konserden elde edilen tüm gelirler, Mercury Phonix Trust AIDS vakfına bağışlanmıştır.
Konserin VHS versiyonu 1993 yılında yayınlanmıştır. Ancak zaman kısıtlamaları nedeniyle VHS versiyonunda, Extreme'in seslendirdiği son iki parça (Love Of My Life ve More Than Words); Def Leppard'ın ilk iki parçası (Animal ve Let's Get Rocked); Spinal Tap'in The Majesty Of Rock isimli şarkısı yer almamıştır. Ayrıca Robert Plant'ın seslendirdiği Queen'in Innuendo adlı parçası; Plant'ın şarkı sözlerini yanlış söylemesi ve ayrıca kendisinin sahnede şarkıyı seslendirirken Queen grubuyla senkron (zamanlama) sorunu yaşayıp hatalı performans gerçekleştirmesi nedeniyle, yine Plant'ın ricası üzerine yayınlanmamıştır.
Konser, Nisan 2002'de DVD formatında yayınlanmış, 2 DVD olarak yayınlanan konsere bu sefer, ilk bölüm alınmamıştır. Konserin DVD versiyonu, The Freddie Mercury Tribute konserinin ikinci bölümünü ve konser provalarını kapsamaktadır.
