Rutger Oelsen Hauer (d. 23 Ocak 1944 - ö. 19 Temmuz 2019), Altın Küre ödülü kazanmış Hollandalı aktör. En çok Blade Runner, The Hitcher, Ladyhawke, The Blood of Heroes ve Batman Begins filmlerindeki rolleri ile tanınır.

Hauer, Hollanda'nın Breukelen kentinde doğdu. Anne-babası Arend ve Teunke'nin ikisi de drama öğretmeniydi. Kendi kariyerleri ile çok meşgul olduklarından, Rutger ve üç kız kardeşini dadıları büyüttü. Rutger, 15 yaşında denize kaçtı ve bir yılını gemilerde yaşayarak geçirdi. Sonraki üç yılda elektrikçilik ve marangozluk gibi çeşitli işlerde çalıştı. Floris adlı 1969 yapımı televizyon dizisindeki rolü ile oyunculuğa başladı. Kariyerinin yönü, Paul Verhoeven'in Turkish Delight (1973) filminde başrolü alması ile değişti. 1981 yılında, Sylvester Stallone'nin başrolde oynadığı Nighthawks filmindeki psikopat ve soğukkanlı terörist Wolfgar rolünü oynadı ve ilk kez bir Amerikan yapımı filmde rol aldı. Ertesi yıl kült bilimkurgu filmi Bıçak Sırtı'nda replika Roy Batty'yi oynadı. Rutger Hauer sıkı bir çevreciydi. 19 Temmuz 2019'da 75 yaşında öldü.
