Louis J. Ignarro (d. 31 Mayıs 1941) Amerikalı farmakolog. Nitrik oksitin etkileşimlerini gösteren çalışmasıyla Robert F. Furchgott ve Ferid Murad ile birlikte 1998 Nobel Fizyoloji veya Tıp Ödülü'nü almıştır. 1985 yılından beri UCLA Tıp Fakültesi'nde farmakoloji profesörü olarak çalışmaktadır. Araştırmaları konusunda birçok makale yayınlamış olan Ignarro, kardiyovasküler bilimin ilerlemesine yaptığı katkılar nedeniyle 1998'de Amerikan Kalp Derneği'nin Temel Araştırma Ödülü'nü de almıştır. Aynı yıl ABD Ulusal Bilimler Akademisi'ne, bir sonraki yıl ise Amerikan Sanat ve Bilimler Akademisi'ne kabul edilmiştir.
