Dee Brown (yazar)

Dorris Alexander "Dee" Brown (28 Şubat 1908 - 12 Aralık 2002), Amerikalı yazar, tarihçi, kütüphaneci.

1970 yılında kaleme aldığı, Kalbimi Vatanıma Gömün adlı eseriyle tanınan Brown, çocuk yaşta kütüphaneyi ikinci evi gibi görerek okumaya ve araştırmaya merak sardı. Önceleri Sherwood Anderson ve John dos Passos'un eserlerine ilgi duyduysa da, ilerleyen süreçte William Faulkner ve Joseph Conrad'ın etkileri, yazılarında görülmüştür.
