CHKA
Kolin kinaz alfa, insanlarda CHKA geni tarafından kodlanan bir enzimdir.[4][5][6]
Fosfatidilkolin biyosentezi için ana yol, CDP-kolin yolu üzerinden gerçekleşir. Bu gen tarafından kodlanan protein, dizideki ilk enzimdir ve düzenleyici bir rol oynayabilir. Kodlanan protein ayrıca etanolaminin fosforilasyonunu katalize eder. Bu gen için farklı izoformları kodlayan iki transkript türevi bulunmuştur.[6]
Melanositik hücrelerde CHKA gen dışa vurumu MITF tarafından düzenlenebilir.[7]
