1989 Meksika Grand Prix, 28 Mayıs 1988'de Hockenheimring'da düzenlenen Formula 1 Dünya Şampiyonası'nın dördüncü yarışıdır.[1] 69 turluk yarışı, McLaren-Honda kullanan Ayrton Senna pol pozisyonundan kazandı, Riccardo Patrese ikinci ve Michele Alboreto ise üçüncü oldu.[2]
